Capabilities

Integration of any type of Hardware to:

  • Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Cisco switching products.
  • Server Rack, HP SAN and IBM FAST rack pre-assembly and power on testing.

  • Integration of Software:

    • Operating System expand (explode/expand) or installation and setup for Microsoft XP or Server.
    • Software load — Office and Anti-Virus
    • IOS switch/router software load. Switch/Router configurations pasted and saved.

    Integration Services Turn around times

    • Integration/Configuration work is typically on a 2 complete business day turn around time. This starts from the time all products are available and all instructions are submitted and accurate.
    • Larger jobs of 100-500 units please allow 4-5 business days. 500+ negotiable.

  • Ordering Configuration/Integration Services

    Initiate Integration Work

    • Integration work usually will begin when all items are available (unless instructed to ship partial) and instructions received and reviewed.
    • Customer can fax Integration Services Work Request Form or Customer PO to 905-286-6878
    • Alternatively an Email to initiate the start of any configuration is also an option.
    • Detailed Customer instructions are strongly recommended, to minimize delays if clarification necessary.
